Brand managers type a request in Microsoft Teams. An AI agent carries it out across storefronts and marketplace shops, in under a minute. Problem: Running direct-to-consumer commerce across markets took a lot of manual effort. Every merchandising change meant people working through storefront and marketplace back-offices, market by market, shop by shop. Solution: A single conversational experience, built on OpenAI and Azure and living inside Microsoft Teams. A brand manager describes what they need; the agent executes it against Salesforce Commerce Cloud and the marketplace eShops. Results: 30–85% productivity gain (30% proven across operations; up to 85% in specific use cases); < 1 min from prompt to executed request; 22 e-boutiques live (Every market in scope); 100+ marketplace shops live (Of 185+ in scope) Stack: OpenAI, Azure, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketplace eShops ### Customer 360 — Global FMCG leader (2023 — present) Role: Delivery Lead & account relationship owner. One platform shared by customers and business teams: commerce, orders, service and trade promotions — live in every global region. Problem: B2B commerce, customer development and supply-chain operations ran on inefficient, error-prone processes, with customers and internal teams working from different pictures of the same account. Solution: A unified Salesforce Customer 360 platform with shared processes for eB2B commerce, order management, customer service and trade promotion management, now extended with Agentforce and Azure AI for intelligent order extractions. Results: 1.2B+ B2B sales transacted on the platform; 30% productivity gain in self-service customer service; 0 pending orders — the daily KPI (Held by autonomous order management); 100% of global regions live Stack: Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Order Management, Trade Promotion Management ### Global Order & Warehouse Platform — Global 3PL logistics leader (2013 — 2019) Role: Solution Architect & Delivery Lead. The order and warehouse platform behind 2,000+ warehouses in 150+ countries now unified, upgraded, and running 24/7. Problem: Every region had grown its own processes, so every region had its own solutions: fragmented, inconsistent and expensive to run for the large B2B customers that depended on them around the clock. Solution: One global process on one platform, powered by IBM Sterling Order Management and Warehouse Management, with a B2B EDI integration layer for customers and A2A messaging over MQ between J2EE services — delivered through the SeLECT 2.0 and 3.0 upgrades. Results: 20% productivity gain on IT spend (From one process across all regions); 100% of customers migrated to the new platform; +10% same-day order deliveries (With < 2 h and < 4 h ETAs); 65+ large B2B customers served 24/7 Stack: IBM Sterling OMS, IBM Sterling WMS, B2B EDI integration, A2A MQ, J2EE ## Career ### Accenture Song, Associate Director · Digital Commerce & Agentic AI (2021–present) Leading the Digital Commerce delivery practice in Southeast Asia and its Agentic Commerce initiatives: building new offerings and the partner ecosystem, shaping deals in pre-sales, and leading cross-geography teams through delivery. The part I enjoy most hasn't changed since day one: sitting with the business, understanding why something is hard, and building the thing that makes it easier and bring business value. I'm comfortable at both ends of the table. One hour it's a conversation with a CIO about where agentic AI will actually earn its keep; the next it's prompts, integration contracts, and a demo that has to work. Strategy only matters if it ships, and code only matters if it moves a number the business cares about. That's why forward-deployed work suits me. The merchandising agent is the latest example: a two-person squad, under 2 months, and a result now running across 22 markets. Today I lead Digital Commerce delivery and Agentic Commerce initiatives for Accenture Song in Southeast Asia, and I'm looking for the next hard problem where AI meets real operations. ## Skills - AI & agents: OpenAI, Claude, Claude Code, Codex, Agentforce, IBM Watson - Commerce & CRM: Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sales & Service Cloud, Adobe Commerce, commercetools, SAP Hybris, MuleSoft - Order & supply chain: IBM Sterling OMS, IBM Sterling WMS, IBM MQ, IIB - Cloud & engineering: Azure, AWS, J2EE, C#, Visual C++, HL7, Hyperledger - Manufacturing systems: MES, SiView, SmartTCS, Equipment integration ## Recognition - Best Technologist, Accenture Southeast Asia: Recognised as the top technologist across Accenture's Southeast Asia market unit. - Best of IBM, IBM: IBM's recognition for outstanding professional contribution. - General Manager Award, IBM (2005): For leadership and contribution in 2004, delivering client value through integration and innovation. - Client-win recognition, IBM (2005): For contributing to a semiconductor CIM maintenance support win. - Blue KITES leadership programme, IBM (2013): Completed IBM's leadership development programme. ## Education & certifications - Master's, Computer Integrated Manufacturing, Nanyang Technological University (2002 — 2004) - Bachelor's, Computer Science, Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute (1995 — 1999) - Executive Certificate, Engineering Leadership, Nanyang Technological University (2021) - Artificial Intelligence (CZ3005), Nanyang Technological University (2018) - Adobe Certified Expert — Adobe Commerce Cloud - Adobe Certified Expert — Magento Business Practitioner - Salesforce Certified Administrator - Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder - 15+ professional badges, incl.
